Program registration rounds - each round ends at midnight
1st round: from 8.06.2026 - The only round with an opportunity of receiving hotel room benefits
2nd round: from 16.06.2026 do 26.07.2026
3rd round: from 4.08.2026 do 27.09.2026
Last round: from 4.10.2026 until the end of the convention
After each round we will announce whether the next round will be opened or if the further rounds are cancelled due to lack of available time slots

After filling out the form, you will receive a confirmation. You can edit previously submitted forms. ALWAYS try to keep everything up to date in the form, the form is our main tool of seeing what you need for your panel
We encourage you to submit panels that fulfill the definition of a Cultural Event - Events related to culture, art or Furry subculture. Such events have priority when being accepted to the program!
PANEL HOST BENEFITS
This year we updated our benefit system and added a point system. It means that each working hour at the convention gives you a specified amount of points, we can reward your contribution way more precisely that way.
How does it work?
For every accepted panel hour you will receive 10 ZC, which you can spend on the following benefits:

*Due to the limited number of places, this benefit is given once a certain amount of points is reached and subject to acceptance by the appropriate con director according to requirements of the role.
Benefits related to rooms are only available in round 1
You will receive information about your room allocation by 14th of June 2026.
Panels Co-hosts have their benefits allocated on a 1:1 basis, subject to verification by the event director to check their contribution and selected benefits.
Hours are rounded up.
If the choice of benefits involves a refund (for example a discount on the confee after paying the full price), we reserve the right to deny this benefit due to accounting reasons.
Unused points after the convention will be turned over into convention currency at a rate of 3ZC = 25 Convention currency points.
Example
Renia has been approved for a 6 hour panel, for which she will receive 60ZC and will get herself an additional T-shirt and a room in the overflow hotel, she may also pick another combination of benefits up to her liking.

The data you provide will be used for the organisation of “Futrołajki: Apocalypse” event as well as its future editions. We will process and modify your personal data.
