The times listed are the default event times we suggest. You can specify a different time below if you need more time.
Note: Panels should be ending at full hours or at full 30 minutes, so there will always be a 5 minute break between panels. That is why an 1 hour panel will actually last for 55 minutes.
Outside activity - An activity taking place outside of the indoor part of the event, such as on the parking lot or even completely outside the event grounds - like a trip to a park
Game Show / Contest - A competition or any other form of activity engaging participants
Concert / Performance - A Concert or a different kind of live performance on stage, mainly music or some different art form, ex. a Guitar concert or a puppet theater show.
Panel / Lecture - An “Audience + Speaker” type of a panel in a conference room, such as a lecture on drawing.
Workshops - An activity requiring engagement from participants, commonly requiring registration, such as workshops about drawing anthro characters.
One-off Event - An one time event or happening, such as group dances
Meetup - Meet&Greet, a short themed meetup, ex. Protogen Meetup, FLINTA Meetup
Attraction - A booth or space in the lobby where you can attend such attraction, such as food tasting station or VR point
Social event / Tabletop RPG - An event that’s all about a longer gathering, without a separate room or after-hours, such as Neuroshima RPG or Group drawing in the event lobby.
Internal - Check this option if you are requesting an organizational or internal panel such as a team briefing (only for coordinators, directors or other assigned personnel)
Other - Other type of panel, not specified above
